Our experienced technical service support staff, using the "Global Service Support Network", solves about 85% of service related problems over the phone, saving our customers time and money. When a service visit is requested, well have a person at your facility on the date you requested.
If you need a replacement part for one of our products, well use the "Global Service Network" to find the part, or well pull it off a stock unit under production. Well gladly risk the late shipment of a new unit to ensure that a current customers machine is running. Well ship critical components same day or overnight whether its a warranty part or not, to meet your needs. To track our shipments, we have gone online with our shipping company; we can track your shipment or provide you the information to do so directly.
