If you have any questions regarding our replacement parts

Certain electrical and electronic items require a core return which is
included in the price of that replacement part, these select items must be
returned to NC MEC USA, Inc. within 10 business days to avoid additional

All Warranty and Non-Warranty parts must be sent with shipping
prepaid. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for parts returned due
to customer error. Returned parts will be quality assurance
inspected before a credit is issued.
